Freddie Foreman, born on 5 March 1932, is an English publican, former associate of the Kray twins, and a convicted criminal. Nicknamed "Brown Bread Fred" for his expertise in disposing of bodies, he played a significant role in the 1960s with the Kray twins' gang "The Firm" in London's East End. His association with the Krays ended with imprisonment. In his autobiography, "Respect," Foreman admitted to murders during the 1960s in retaliation for his brother's shooting. Despite being acquitted in a 1960s trial, Foreman has served a total of 16 years in prison, adding to his notorious legacy.
